Our Story
La Pasta di Mamma is me! My name is Sabrina, I was born in Genova, Italy, the 10th of May 1970 and I’ve been living there with my family until July 2002, when I moved into Brecon (to begin with it was just for a few weeks, but then I fell in love with the place, and not only!). I’ve always enjoyed making fresh pasta at home, so much that the Sunday morning, instead of spending some time in bed, I used to get out of bed early to make some lovely pasta and sauce and invite friends at home
